Career Essentials Series: Thrive in the Transforming Workplace

Thursday 11 June | 12:00 - 13:30 BST | Online

About the Session

The workplace will undergo more change in the next five years than it has experienced in the previous twenty. AI is a key driver of this, even for ‘non-technical’ roles, and the ability to harness AI in your work is key to success regardless of the sector you work in. And it doesn’t stop there. According to QS, the skill type experiencing the biggest increase in demand among employers is green skills.

This session will explore what employers are looking for in today’s fast-changing landscape and how you can position yourself for success. Hear from industry experts and careers professionals as they share insights on emerging skills, career strategies, and future trends.

What You’ll Gain

  • Insight into the AI, digital, and green skills most in demand across industries.
  • Practical strategies to develop and demonstrate these skills.
  • Guidance on futureproofing your career in a rapidly changing workplace.
  • First-hand perspectives from employers and industry experts.
